Rate, launched an innovative online self-serve application at www.rate.com, giving home buyers and refinancers a convenient, new option for securing a mortgage.

By using this new web application, Rate’s customers can get a personalized loan quote at any time, day or night. The application enables customers to easily and quickly get their credit report and scores, input their financial details and select the type of loan that is right for them. Customers who use this application and secure their mortgages with Rate will receive a $150 reduction in their closing costs.
