Rate Senior Vice President Jo Ann Theriault-Fazio Honored as a 2019 Mortgage Market Leader
April 23, 2019 (Chicago, Ill.) -- Rate, one of the largest retail mortgage lenders in the country, congratulates Jo Ann Theriault-Fazio, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending in Deerfield, Ill., for being named to Forbes as a 2019 Mortgage Market Leaders and to Mortgage Executive Magazine’s list of Top 1% of Originators for 2018.

Theriault-Fazio also made the 2018 annual list of the Mortgage Executive Magazine’s Top 1% of mortgage loan originators in the nation by production volume. Rate had 175 originators ranked on this list which is more than any other bank or mortgage company.
Theriault-Fazio, who has been previously named to the list of “Elite Women in Mortgage” by Mortgage Professional America in 2014 and inducted into the “Women of Excellence” Registry by the National Association of Professional & Executive Women in 2013, has a long history of professional achievements. In addition to serving as Senior VP of Mortgage Lending, Theriault-Fazio takes pride in her role as Branch Manager. As a leader who has been very successful in her field for over 15 years, Theriault- Fazio attributes her personal and professional success to her excellent mentoring skills, hard work, perseverance, teamwork, customer service and attainable goal-setting. She was introduced to the business by her father, a 40-year veteran in the mortgage industry.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and fundraising for the Anthony Rizzo Foundation to help those impacted by childhood cancer.
