Rate Welcomes Back John Elias to its Management Team
Rate, the eighth largest retail mortgage lender in the nation and an industry technology leader, announced today John Elias will join the management team as the chief revenue and strategy officer starting December 16, 2015.
“I’m thrilled to welcome John back to our management team as he was previously with Rate for 10 years and helped grow our business,” said Victor Ciardelli, president and CEO of Rate. “He adds even more depth to our talented leadership team and we’re excited for more growth in 2016.”
Previously, Elias was the president of 1st Advantage Mortgage and an independent executive consultant in the financial services industry. Elias spent nearly 10 years at Rate, rising to executive vice president from 2003 – 2013. Elias is praised for his extensive insights in the financial and mortgage industries, along with his ability to grow and scale a business rapidly.
Elias will lead managers across the country to drive profitability, move into new markets and increase originations nationally at Rate.
