Oakmont Fico Adjusters and Labor Day
Effective with today's opening rate sheet Rate Oakmont Fico adjusters have been updated due to the recent changes announced by Fannie Mae. These changes are effective on all new locks and extension requests that take your expiration date out past September 24, 2008. All currently locked loans that fund to the borrower prior to September 29, 2008 will receive the old adjustments. If your loan funds on or after September 29, 2008 your loan will be subject to the new adjusters. Listed below are the new adjusters

In observance of Labor Day Rate Commitment Desk will be closing early on Friday August 29, 2008 at 3 pm central. Rate will be closed on Monday September 1, 2008 and will reopen at normal business hours on Tuesday,
