Product Expansion
On July 21st, 2008 Rate is making the following changes to our Product offerings. Rate will begin to accept Agency Conforming Jumbo loans on our Greyhawk and Pinehurst product lines. The Pinehurst Product line will now permit normal Jumbo loans as well. Doral Expanded Approval loans are no longer available and will be replaced with Expanded Approval loans on Torrey Pines Product Line.
