Paul joined RATE because they combine the latest in Proprietary AI Mortgage technology with the most personalized service, competitive rates, and product menu in the industry. He brings with him over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the Mortgage business. He was the owner and operator of one of the most successful mortgage lenders in MA for 25 years. Most recently, he spent the last 12 years as the Vice President of Mortgage Operations in MA for a large regional Maine-based Bank. Paul's new Job as VP Branch Manager for RATE is based out of his same office building at 46 Church Street in Braintree. You can still reach Paul with all the same phone numbers he has kept all this time. Once again, as the saying goes, "only the name has changed". Paul is very excited about this new opportunity to bring an even better and more efficient Mortgage experience to his extended family of over 10,000 clients that he has helped secure financing for over the years. Every mortgage has different guidelines, parameters, individual scenarios, and requirements for each and every borrower. Paul prides himself on being a true mortgage financial planner with advice that goes well beyond typical rate and payment quotes. His clients trust him because he always strives to ensure every monetary and time-saving option is explained and understood. He treats everyone like family, and his customer loyalty is proof of that. He is licensed up and down the entire East Coast to help all his relocation customers as well. Paul is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys high-adventure trips as well as destination vacationing with his wife of 42 years, Donna. They currently reside in Foxboro, MA.
