Vin Marcello brings more than 27 years of experience in mortgage lending, helping clients across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida achieve their homeownership goals. A consistent top producer, Vin has earned numerous sales awards throughout his career, a reflection of his commitment to service, expertise, and results. Vin has a passion for guiding first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, families looking to downsize, and clients purchasing second homes or investment properties. Originally from Rhode Island, Vin moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, to play collegiate golf at UNC Charlotte. He was a proud member of the team from 1989 to 1993 and served as co-captain during his senior year—an experience that shaped his leadership style and competitive drive. Vin and his wife, Jessica, have four children and recently welcomed their first grandchild. Deeply rooted in the community, Vin is actively involved through his church, youth sports, and serves as President of his local BNI chapter.
