Brian Bloete entered the mortgage industry as a loan officer in 2016. Named as a Scotsman Guide Top 1% Originator in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 he has closed over $250 million in mortgages over the course of his career. With a personal portfolio of investment properties to help further his understanding of the industry, Brian's ultimate goal is to ensure that his borrowers always make the best choices. Brian is committed to providing his customers with mortgage services that exceed their expectations, which is why he takes the additional time to create a tailored mortgage experience for each of his client's specific needs. A Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Brian values his family and health above all else. He holds a bachelor's degree from East Carolina University, and enjoys playing golf and expanding his knowledge on real estate investing during his time away from work.
