About Cary Cox
With over twenty years of experience, Cary has been involved in the real estate and mortgage industries his entire professional career. Previously he owned his own mortgage banking and real estate company. Because of his real estate experience, Cary knows the importance of communicating with all parties – his client, their agent and the seller's agent throughout the sale of the home. This knowledge helps him navigate the mortgage process smoothly and efficiently. Cary's goal is to be an advisor and consultant to his clients before, during, and after the mortgage transaction. His approach is to listen carefully to his clients' needs and objectives, while providing the best solution to meet them. His mortgage ethos is to treat every client – Professionally, Respectfully, Fairly and Honestly. A Native Houstonian and Fifth Generation Texan, Cary graduated from Memorial High School, a nationally recognized exemplary school. He has a BA from The University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, he continued his education and completed the post-graduate curriculum to become a licensed real estate broker and mortgage banker. Outside of work Cary enjoys playing tennis, working out, and traveling. He also has practiced various martial arts for over 30 years earning multiple black-belts. His two favorite arts are Krav-Maga and Jui-Jitsu. To relax, he enjoys spending time with his father at Horseshoe Bay in the Texas Hill Country.
