Julie Teitel brings more than 30 years of experience to her clients, helping them navigate both purchase and refinance loans with clarity and strategy. As a Top 200 Mortgage Originator, she's consistently ranked among the industry's top producers and is known for taking on complex financing scenarios and finding a way to make them work. Some clients even call her their Mortgage Magician. A graduate of Tulane University, Julie has built a strong niche in co op and condo financing, including investor and non warrantable properties, as well as new condo conversions. She also works closely with buyers using renovation loans, helping them finance homes that need updates while planning for long term value. Julie has deep experience across the New York metropolitan area, including New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and brings specialized knowledge to Washington, DC co op transactions. Originally from Potomac, she also serves clients throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. Her loan options include jumbo and portfolio mortgages, VA loans, reverse mortgages, home equity solutions, bank statement programs, DSCR loans, bridge financing, and programs for foreign nationals.
