She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Benedictine University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and began her career as an environmental consultant, conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial properties. This analytical foundation, combined with experience in office management, sales, and customer service, shaped her detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach to client care. As an Loan Officer, she leverages that real-world market experience to help borrowers navigate loan options with clarity and confidence. She excels at anticipating challenges, streamlining communication, and structuring financing solutions that align with her clients' long-term goals. Michelle is deeply committed to her community. She has served as an ECO Commissioner, advocating for sustainable initiatives including a curbside food waste diversion program, and has volunteered with the Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry, hospice organizations, and the American Indian Center in Chicago.
