I have lived in Florida all my life and have been in the mortgage business for over 23 years. My experience varies from being a district Manager for GMAC Mortgage to underwriting and originating mortgages. I have owned my own mortgage companies and merged with national companies. My goal at Rate is to offer low rates with low fees and at the same time deliver GREAT service to a smooth closing.
