Freddie Stated Income Changes

Effective immediately Rate is reducing the maximum possible financing limits for LTV/CLTV on all Freddie Mac Stated loans, not all loans may qualify for maximum financing.

• Owner Occupied Properties are limited to 90%
• Second Homes and Investment Properties are limited to 80%
