Effective with registrations and/or locks on and after May 23, 2008, Greyhawk’s Self-Insurance option will no longer be available for the following conventional conforming transactions:
Ø Cash-out refinance with conforming investment properties.
Ø Cash-out refinance on conforming second homes.
Ø 3-4 unit properties.
Ø 90/10 transactions
Lock Extensions and/or relocks will not be permitted.
