Greyhawk Self-Insurance Changes
Effective with all new locks and/or submissions on or after Thursday June 5, 2008 the Self-Insurance the following parameters will not be eligible for Self-Insurance:
- Condos with LTVs > 90%
- All Second Homes
- All Investment Properties
- Loans with Secondary Financing
Beginning with all new locks and/or submissions on or after Tuesday July 1st, 2008 Fannie Mae Flex 97 loans will no longer be eligible for Self Insurance. All loans that are impacted by the above changes must be closed and funded by Thursday July 15th, 2008.
