Rate (GRI) has revised its Golf Course Rate Sheets to focus on providing our clientele premium pricing for loans ranging from $200,000 - $417,000 ("sweet spot").  The following is a summary of the rate sheets and their product availability:

 

Doral - Conforming Fixed & ARM, Jumbo Fixed & ARM

 

Greyhawk - Conforming Fixed & ARM, FNMA / FHLMC & LPMI

 

Oakmont - Conforming Fixed & FNMA Level products

 

Pinehurst - Conforming Fixed & ARM

 

Torrey Pines - Conforming Fixed & ARM, FNMA Level products
