Effective immediately the Freddie Mac Alt97 program has been eliminated.All loans that are currently locked must close and fund by June 30th, 2008.Loan extensions and relocks will not be allowed under the Freddie Mac Alt97 program.If you have a loan that is currently floating on this program it will need to be re-submitted to Underwriting under a different product line.
