Shane Force is an accomplished mortgage professional with nearly three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, having begun his career in 1997. Throughout his career, Shane has helped thousands of families and individuals navigate the home financing process with experience, accessibility, and a strong commitment to customer service. From 2001 through 2025, Shane originated and closed more than 4,050 mortgage transactions. Twice within the last five years, he originated and closed more than $100 million in mortgage transactions in a single calendar year, demonstrating a consistent track record of production and success. Shane and his team pride themselves on being available when their clients need them, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. His approach is centered around providing clear guidance, responsive communication, and financing strategies designed to help borrowers confidently move through the home-buying process. A graduate of Penn State University, Shane has remained actively involved with the university community and previously served as President of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. Shane has also been committed to serving his local community. He is a former Board Member of the Community Builders Association and previously served as President of the Montville Township Baseball and Softball Association. With extensive mortgage experience, thousands of successful transactions, and a long history of community involvement, Shane brings a combination of industry knowledge, personal service, and dedication to every client he works with.
